It all started when...

Before starting Powerbomb with my partner Justin Ishmael, I spent four years as the Chief Operating Officer of Mondo. There, I led marketing projects, acquired licenses, opened an art gallery, started a toy line, started a vinyl soundtrack division, started a convention and successfully grew a small business into a thriving multi-million dollar brand (it feels crazy to say so - but it's true!) Profit is only one measure of a successful business, and while I'm proud of my ability to increase profits, much of my accomplishment came through building a devoted culture around the brand. I've also learned that being a successful entrepreneur is about embracing what I don't know, getting curious and inviting direct feedback.
