Justin Ishmael and Jessica Olsen collaborated with the artist Craig Gleason to launch a line of apparel, accessories and a vinyl toy figure of his original character THE GHOUL. In an era so full of nostalgia marketing and throwbacks, it's super refreshing to see work from an artist who is creating brand new and totally original content. Jessica worked with Justin and Craig to develop the product line which includes the first ever toy of Craig's popular character, The Ghoul.
During a period of particular high-growth, Jessica worked with designer and business owner Miranda Bennett to identify areas where Miranda was overextending, working to establish improved roles and responsibilities for her growing team. Together, Jessica and Miranda developed and enacted a tailor-made strategy for continued business success and expansion.
